Well i'm been away long enough.  In the beginning of the journey I set a short term goal and that was to be 259 by the end of Aug.  I begin to worry, but now I have hope.  As of today I weigh 272.5 so hopefuly i reach my goal at the end of the month.  I hope all of my friends are doing well and stay blessed.
