Getting close to goal

At the moment I have lost nearly 180 lbs . Down to 132 from a high of 310. I did get down to 127.5 for a nana second but then went on a 14 day vacation to California. I was pretty much on track food wise but the difference was that I didn't exercise nearly enough (only 4 days out of 14)  so I put on close to 10 lbs and now working on getting that off. I'm half way there. and I'll get there for sure.

 Help- try as  I might I can't load any photos. Sure do want to but no way. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I've lost as of today 131 lbs and have 59 lbs to go. I had RNY surgery  on Aug 25th and it is the best thing I have ever done.  I don't dump all that much being 8 months out. I just let my body be the guide. I think the times that I do get sick is when I eat too quickly.

What I find a bit curious is that I  seem to loose weight so slowly even though I exercise like crazy and often have a calorie deficit of  1100 calories daily. I exercise every day  and often go to the gym 2 x a day. Today I was a bit of a slug  having only swam 70 minutes. Normally I will also do the Nu-Step for 60 minutes  and/or do circuit training. 

Does anyone have suggestions on the benefit  of cross training? Does this help jump start the metabolism?
