When did you all start to feel better? I was the first and only patient to get up and walking after surgery. I walked 12 times within 24 hours after surgery, and also drank my water 2 days post op a little fast.. Two days later I have learned! I'm home

So yesterday had a little soreness and a little cough, today I realized Yep, I've got the crud! I Got PCM to give me the goods in hopes that I'll be clear before surgery!! Any other tips and tricks to try to speed this up?!

Can I strain Preggresso Chicken Noodle and just have the broth that's in it? Or is that not clear/thin enough for the diet? I've been doing pretty good with box broth but getting bored. Don't wanna consume something Im not supposed to! 9 days till sur

Thanks for the encouraging words! I will be sending good vibes to you on your day! My mother is 14 years out so I can relate to having someone as a RNY role model :) when do you start your liquid diet?

Sarah, Hi, I am also having RNY a day after you. I wish you the best Sarah. My sister and my niece have both had the surgery and have done well. My sister is 7 years out. I don't know if you are feeling scared like I am but I believe we both will experience a new life after surgery.

So on top of my full time job, I am a full time 6 classes student. I have (per surgeon) 3 weeks off work but cannot miss more than 2 days of classes. Will I be ok a week post op to attend a sit down class? Anyone else juggle school and surgery?

Hello!!

Hope everyone had a great holiday! I found out on Christmas Eve that my insurance approved my RNY Gastric Bypass surgery within a 24 hour submission! I will be going in for surgery in 15 days!! January 12th is the start of my new life a
