Well, it's been a little over six months since my surgery and I have lost 104 pounds....

I am down 92 pounds total now. Things seem to be slowing a little, but I'm still losing....

I went in for my 4 month checkup yesterday. I am now down 82 pounds.

I'm at the point in my recovery where in need to start working out. If there is any one in my area that wants a workout buddy, please let me know. I'm getting tired of walking by myself.
