I have been overweight all of my life. I need to post baby pictures so you can see what a chub I was! Even though I have always been heavy, I have been supported by a loving family and friends. Let's be real -- middle school was awful, but I feel like for the most part I was able to avoid too much long-term scarring. I have tried to lose weight all of my life, to no avail. My motivators for this surgery are my future health, keeping up with my two little boys, and having a new experience in a body that is not weighed down by itself.
