Oh my god - Last night I accidentally swallowed a lot of air... I felt like I was going to die. I threw up about five times and I couldn't even keep any water down.

So... - It is getting easier to walk further now, I am so excited! I still have low stamina though, I almost fall asleep when I lay down after walking a mile.

Hurrah! - Today I am able to drink fluids easier! I have already went through a 20 oz bottle of protein! I am so proud of myself!
