finally hit onederland this morning!!

I know i dont post often but beleive me im here reading and learning all i can from my oh family.  Today after 3 weeks of struggling with the same 5 lbs. i finally made it to 198.5.  That makes a total of -131.5 lbs lost in 9 months,  I have about 40 or so to lose and i know it will come off slow but im going to make it!!  Thanks everyone for filling my head with all your personal experiences and knowledge, it has been a godsent!!
