Having completed all the pre-op testing accept for the bloodwork; I await my "rib checking" date which will be on October 21st. On that date I will receive my surgery date. I guess it will all become real to me when I have MY specific surgery date. I took the entire month of December off from work; so I am hoping for the first week in December. I guess I am in date Limbo right now. Will report back next week. Using the dessert plate to eat my meals and I have actually lost 23 pounds since I began prepping for the surgery. God I truly miss my Pepsi's. Oh well. I guess I better get use to it now.
