3/20 was the date for my physical . . . here are the results:

Cholesterol:  NORMAL (Aint seen that in 10 years)

BP:  NORMAL (Reduced my BP pill to 5 mg . . . )

Having this surgery, literally saved my life ! ! ! !

I finally broke the "300" barrier! 

298 and still moving it forward ! ! !

To get to goal, I need to drop 99 more pounds!

That's right!  I am under 100 pounds now to lose!

"Speedos" here I come!!!!

Saw my PCP yesterday.  He was very pleased with my weight loss and my "rebirth"!  As of today, I am on the border between my blood pressure being normal and high.

He told me to see him in two months, and if I continue doing what I am doing, I should be able to throw the medication away!

I drank ONE glass of wine with my daughter last night as we were  preparing for Sanna!!! 

i was DRUNK!  ONE GLASS!

Soooooooo, I guess this will NOT be a constant ritual!!! LOL!!!

Still have a ways to go, but I am pleased with the progress!

With the total 30 pounds lost, I can sleep at night WITHOUT my CPAP mask!

I am scheduled to begin a brand new "brand new" . . . . ROFL! 

I am sooooooooo looking forward to my sleeve!  I know that there will be days which will be challenging. . . . but I rather that, then to head down the destructive path that I am on!
