I've been so busy today. Another personal goal was met. 4.05 miles on the bike. Just a little over 20 minutes. 80 calories were burned. Not much to me, but super exhilarating. I learned that 1 boiled egg wasn't enough protein in the morning. Will double that up. Found out I enjoy the spicy black bean veggie burger.

 

Tonight before bed I'll be doing bicep curls and squats just for a little bit more cardio.

 

I am feeling good and loving myself even more.

Thursday Glory

I've been on such a high since this morning that I forgot to blog my progress. After feeling down about not working out yesterday, I was more determined them ever this morning. I did 2.05 miles on the bike. It was such a glorious feeling I had. I keep repeating the "no pain no gain" mantra.

 

It might not be a milestone for anyone here, but for me it's everything. After that high I had, I feel it. I'm motivated for myself. It's time for me to be stingy and think about myself for a while. I'm on the "if you aren't here for encouragement stage then Fuck Off" moment in life. 

 

I ate a couple of triple zero Greek yogurt. Drinking my water all day. Goal is 64 ounces of water, which isn't as bad as I initially thought. Had the rest of my dinner from last night for a snack a couple of hours later. Spoonful of broccoli, 1/4 of talipia left and 1/4 cup of wild rice. 

 

I'm feeling great. My groin is super sore. Tomorrow  cardio and bike and I'm okay.

 

Making me a veggie burger, side salad and  2 inch baked potato for lunch/early dinner.

Wednesday Blues

So today, I decided not to do any working out. I don't think I stretched well the first two days so my groin and shoulder blades are killing me. I know it's not a magical thing that happens overnight but it's killing me. The way I'm currently feeling has me wanting to reach for a bag of chips. My weakness. I'm not going to. I'm going to eat my yogurt for breakfast.

Good morning!!!

 

Woke up at 7:30. Just completed upper body cardio with the chair. My quads are still sore from yesterday. I'm trying ready to ride the bike for 30 minutes. 

 

Had a slim fast protein shake this morning. It's okay. I want to try the Premier brand, but they weren't at Wal-Mart. Might have to go to Sam's Club this weekend. Well I'm off.

Met my own goal!!!

I did it. Met my goal on the exercise bike. I did 1.06 miles on the recumbent bike. Hey, it might not seem like much to anyone else, but to me it's satisfying. It was hard don't get me wrong but after Friday's consultation I needed to start a 25 minute workout daily. I gotta time myself next time, but mile hurt and I'm so inspired. Tommorow's goal is 1.5 miles.

I'm here!!!

The day is here! I'm at my consultation right now. Have a billion butterflies in my stomach right now. Current Weight is more then I expected. It's 473.2. I just keep looking at the number and thinking how  I going to 5 pounds let alone however much is required.

 

It's just my head, and I'm trying to be positive, but  are the best of me right now.
