Things are moving right along. I'm down 30.5 Lbs as of today. Things have never been better as i feel i have control of my weight now. I am so happy i did this. The only down side for me is my back is not feeling any better and my feet are hurting just as bad. I was to have back surgery on March 25 2008 and i put it off for now to see how i feel after i get down to 190Lbs and move to a warmer place. Ocala,Fl. We are trying to see our house and move there some time in the next year or so. I sure hope the heat makes me feel better.
