Thanks for the friend request. I had my RNY on 6/1/18 and have lost 30lbs so far since the beginning of my pre-op diet start. I have now been stalled for 2 weeks but not giving up since I have not felt the restriction yet. I am also 67 years old and a lifelong couch potato so this is really hard work for me trying to walk and get some exercise in. I feel like if I can do this just about anyone can. I have a history of cardiac events including a stent placement so I do know how important this is. If I can offer you support or answer questions for you all you need to do is ask and I will be there.

Hi! I found you through the search by "revision" -- I'm waiting for approval and have been told it's conceivable that I'd have surgery in June or July. Anyhow, I wanted to say good luck! - DJ

Have surgery and stick to the plan. Try to take off a few more pounds before surgery.

I've done everything I can. Now I need to be patient! The nurse says it'll take about three weeks to get a response. I need to manage my anxiety in the meantime.
