Pregnant

I found out I was pregnant on April 6th, and on April 13th found out I was approx 2 month pregnant.
Due date 11/27/2010.

I am smoking, want to know if I can use nicotine patches?

I am 2 yrs out of RNY surgery.


I have so many questions?
Can I take the B-12 shots?
How much can I gain.....

so many things.

Plus my insurance won't let me see my surgeon anymore.
Then my OB/GYN dropped me after 6 yrs, because I had RNY surgery, so he considers me high risk...
I'm lost!
