4 more days until Surgery

I excited and nervous at the same time. I can't wait until I have my surgery. I so proud of my self, I have been on the Optifast liquid diet for 10 days and I have not cheated once, or laps once. It's been a struggle but this tells me just how much I want this and how much I am ready for this change in my life. I am 38 years old and as long as I can remember I have been an overweight person. I can't wait to have more energy, to be able to do things without thinking about if I can fit in a seat or a chair.

I'm just so excited.
