I'm finally back in the hundreds????????????. Forty more pounds and I'll be a happy camper.. So proud of myself.

Can somebody please tell me what is the total number of carbs and sugar we are limited to in protein bars and shakes..

My day is fastly approaching, I have been making the best of this liver shrinking diet, but I am starting to have nervous and exciting thoughts.. Any advice and suggestions are greatly needed and appreciated.
