Wow the day is truly approaching quickly and my anxiousness has taken flight. It's been almost a year since my orientation class and the start of my weight loss journey about to begin.

Had my appt with the surgeon today and all went ok. The only issue was that the surgeon said he's is one of few that  removes lap band and do RNY in the same operation. He removes the lap band and then 8 weeks later after healing will do the RNY. 

The big day has come for me all the hard work to just get here has so been a big challenge for me. I find myself very nervous and excited at the same time as today I will know when my surgery will take place.

Have been told I may need anticoagulants once I'm home and have had my RNY.

Told possibly lovenox injections daily  for prevention of blood clots.

and to my amazement I got a call from Guelph  dec/04/15  to come for my surgeon appointment.  I was STUNNED. This process normally takes 2-3 months to

Great news just completed the surgery class completing the program in Windsor.  Now that it's complete my chart can be sent to Guelph for the remainder of my journey.

Got the pathology report and it's negative 

that right neg. 

they said that I was sent for the scope because the C14 was always positive. 

Called windsor and said they go by pathology. 

I started my journey in June I went and started the program in Windsor and flew thought the program with no issues. 3 months later my file is on its was to Guelph. On track to have the surgery in a amazing 6 month duration
