Almost 10 yrs. Time sure does fly by

Mar 09, 2014

So in less then a month Judy Cole and I will have had our surgery 10 yrs ago on April 3rd.    Hard to believe how much time has gone by and where we are at.   I have gained minimum amount of weight.  I now weigh in at 171 lbs.  Yup I gained weight over the long cold winter.  I hate it.  ABSOLUTELY HATE IT.!!!  So I started a new job where I am not sitting on my ass all day and will be working over nights so that when the weather finally breaks I will once again start walking, riding bike, roller blading and doing the things that I so love to do.   I will get back down at least 10 to 15 lbs less then I am.   I don't wanna  be much less then 160 as I look sick when I get that low.  Besides Judy's getting married this July and I want to look my best along with her on her special day!.  So  I have a goal to accomplish and I will make it one way or another.  I am not at all into going to the gym where most of the people have a great body as it is and still think they are fat.   I could really show them fat.  LOL So needless so say I refuse to go to a gym and feel embarrassed to go and with struggling with things and not being able to do as much as I'd like at once I will start at home doing little things and working my way to my future goal.  Even though Gary says I look fine to myself I know I do not so here we go.   Lets see if by July I loose the weight that I want to loose and look as good as I used to.   I will keep you posted.   Take care and God Bless and good luck to those of you who are going through the surgery or thinking about it.   I wouldn't change anything I have done in my weight loss.

Six years ago today I had the bipass done.  I am extremely happy with myself   I have kept the weight off and still exercise as much as possible when not at work.  I am down to 162 lbs and I dont go up or down any further then that.  I am happy with my current weight.  My best friend and I had the surgery done together by the same doctor and she is doing great also.

A long time since I last Wrote

Mar 10, 2008

It's been a very long time since I last wrote and alot has since happened in my life.

Last August I tried to end my life.  Thankfully God was watching me and spared my life.  Sometimes I wonder why but I honestly know now that the reason for it is I have more things in life to accomplish.

I am back home with my X-husband and my son.  I missed them both so very much.  I know that I am loved and needed now more then ever.
We are so very happy and hubby and I have become the best of friends again and talk about most everything.

I am on an anti depressant which has made me gain some weight.  I am at 183 lbs now.  I hate the way I look again. I am FAT.  Not as fat as I was when I had the surgery but still for me I am FAT.  Is there anything that I can do to loose this unwanted weight?   Well it is almost spring so I am in hopes that with alot of walking and roller blading some of the weight will go away again.  And tone things up.   Even though for the last few months I have been working out with light weights and all I still am not as tone as I need to be.  Bob helps me out every day with that.  He pushes me and I push him and well it works for us both.  He is quite the inspiration.   He looks awsome compared to me.

My best friend Judy is doing good too.  She had a  very bad months but I am thinking that she is back on track and will work at achieving her goals and make things right in her life again.  She was over 200 lbs here awhile ago but has been doing a wonderful job at watching her intake and has since lost about 10 or more lbs. which is a great start to a huge sucess I hope.  And liike me we can't wait for warmer weather so that we can get out and walk and talk and spend time together.  We always did loose the most when we did it together.

Well anyways next month will be our 4 yr anniversary.  Wow!!! 4 yrs.  And I have only gained back about 30 lbs.  I guess that isnt all that bad if you really think about it but yet for me it is.  LOL

Ok, I wont bore anyone any longer just thouht I would drop a quick note.

Good luck to those who are thinking of having the surgery and Congradulations to the new Loosers!!!!

TUMMY TUCK PROBLEMS

Jul 26, 2007

OK so I am irritated.  i want to have a tummy tuck and all the plastic surgerons say without a problem my insurance will not pay for it.   When I asked what kind of problems they tell me I need a rash, backache, or a smell and it has to be documented by a doctor for about 3-6 months.

I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!   Havent had any.  I am 3 yrs post op and now they want me to have a problem to make this GAWD UGLY tummy go away.   GO FIGURE!!!   IS there a way to get around this????

So other then that I am taken one day at a time and working all that I can.

I am still with the Boyfriend and living with him.  Due to me working the second shift and he works the first we dont get to spend alot of time together but there is some kind of saying about it makes the heart grow fonder.  LOL

I have gained weight.  I weight about 176 lbs.  I hate the fact that I have gained yet I havent got the ambion to do anything about it really.  I work at work and do the house and lawn work but otherwise exercise seems to be taken a BIG BACK SEAT right now.

Well I will close for now.  I hope that anyone that is thinking about having the surgery and all will GO FOR IT.  It is definetly  a life long commitement but one that is soooooooooo worth it.
