Travel and eating and exercising

I was 189 when I left home on Monday morning.  I have my profile set for low fat meals on the plane which normally means grilled chicken and steamed veggies...that works for me.  The bad news is they replace greek yogurt and a meat/cheese sandwich with a veggie sandwich for the early morning snack...absolutely 0 protien...and I feel bad asking for the normal meal since they have my special meal...but next time I will.  On the trip over, I just didn't eat until I landed....but on the trip home I will have another two hours before I'll be able to eat, so I'll speak up and ask for the meal that has protien in it.  I did pretty well eating in Sweden...there are great breakfast options and lunch was salads with protien..especially shrimp.  I went off the wagon a bit one evening as I was sitting in an Italian restaurant and I could see the gnoochi they were making and I couldn't resist...but I broke the European rules and asked for a doggie bag so that I could take only 1/2 the appetizer portion of the gnochhi home with me...also only ate 1/2 my main meal which was lamb shoulder and root veggies...so all in all, not too terrible....great portion control, just a few more white processed carbs than I normally would eat...Does it having gorganzola cheese make it better (protien) or worse (fat)?  lol .  Can't blame a girl for trying.  BUT, I failed miserably at exercising.  I did walk to and from lunch and  dinner (15 minute walk each day for both)   But that's hardly heart pumping exercise!  And other than trying to adjust to the time zone...I don't have a great excuse...hotel had a gym and an awesome path to run on beside the river.  Well, there's always this weekend to catch up on exercise.

Overweight

I am currently 208 which makes my BMI 29 or simply overweight.  Goodbye obese!

Almost overweight...

So, I got on the scale yesterday and it read 217....quick run to the BMI calculator....awe, still obese...close....30.3 BMI.  So very close to just overweight!  I haven't been 217 in years.  I am looking forward to Onederland...I can see it on the horizon, finally.
