One Month Out...Praise GOD

Hi All,
I hope everyone has been doing great I can not believe I am a month out as of yesterday it has been great I am down 40 pounds since the surgery. I have not had any issues I do dump (Thank GOD) I had some crackers total fat of 9grams yeah there was a serious meeting in the ladies room  So at this time I can tolerate about 6grams only. Life has been great I have been going to the gym I can't believe how much energy I have now it is a beautiful thing and I can't thank GOD enough for making this happen. My husband has lost a total of 25 pounds since the surgery that is the love of my life and I am so thankful to have him in my life. Well that is all for now I will see the NUT in another 2 weeks and I will be at 6 weeks I will keep you all posted. GOD Bless you all and I pray that we all stay on the right road please remember we have to take it one day at a time we didn't gain it all in one day and the same for the losing!!!! YES WE CAN and YES WE WILL!!!!
