Today was my last lab visit with the hospital before my surgery on Tuesday May 3rd and everything is a go, all my blood work, ekg and chest x-ray went great.  I am so excited and ready.  Last night I cried a little because this is truly a dream come true for me and I just can't believe that it is finally happening.  God is so good and he truly does answers my prayers and I am grateful and know that without him I wouldn't be nothing.   

My birthday was great, I have lost 30 pounds and I wasn't sure where I had lost the weight.  It is crazy how I do feel different, I am able to walk better but I couldn't tell where the 30 pounds was from, but I got together with a old friend (lol a guy) and we had the best sexual experience, I could totally feel and do more. 

Ok so surgery is 8 days away and I am excited, my daughter started preschool today yay, she was great.  I will be spending this week getting ready and staying on my liquid diet. 

Today I met with my surgeon and it was a good meeting with him.  As of today I have lost a grand total of 30 pounds and that is 10 more pounds than he asked me to do.  My bogie will be a size 36 which seems to be good.  After meeting with him a patient navigator came to talk to me about signing papers and also how they want me to go on a 2 week all liquid diet.  I was very surprised, and that is all I have to say about that.

Hey all today I meet with my surgeon for the second time for pre-op testing and talking too.  I will be asking him how long I will be in the hospital, how big my bogie will be.  We have already meet before and I asked him alot of questions but when I last met with him I didnt think I was even qualified for the sleeve but now I am and I am going to ask more questions.  Well hope everyone have a blessed day!!

Today I was weighed and I am down another 2lbs. and under the weight my doctor who I will be seeing on thursday has asked me to be.  I am so happy and excited that everything is adding up and coming together.

I am so happy my days of being morbid obese are almost over.  Brianna gave me a call this morning to confim all my final dates and I am scheduled for May 3rd for surgery at 8am with my first pre-op on the 22nd and labs on the 27th, even though my date was moved yet again I am just going with the flow and I am not upset, it is almost over and I feel this is the last change.

am so excited right now, I called my insurance company today and its official I have been approved to have surgery on April 27, 2011..  YAY!!!! for me and my birthday is April 23 so this will be a great time to celebrate every year here after.

Well its Sunday and I have been back on track with dieting since Saturday.  I am at peace for right now and I am doing better.  I have put it in my head that I will be having surgery some time in April and hopefully they will giv me a date sometime this week. 

Well Brainna gave me a call said I had the wrong surgeon my surgeon is not going to be avalilable the last week of March on vacation, that was on Tuesday and she was suppose to be calling me back and still no phone call on thursday so I called her and guess what she said my file isn't complete so she still can't give me a date till Jaime finishes up my fie.  I call Jaime and she tells me the dr needs to look at my file still to see if I am a good candidate for surgery, WTF does that mean, shouldnt they had already figured that one out by now, I am trying to be calm but it is getting harder by the min.  And nobody seems to really understand what I am going through (ppl in my circle)  I know the surgery will happen but damn its hard to focus on anything right now.

Well spoke with Brainna today and she thought my surgeon was Dr. Kim and it was really Dr. Apathay.  So my date has been moved, but I ain't to mad it is now April 5, 2011 with pre-op on the 24th of March.  I will take it, I kinda wanted it after the 2nd anyway so I ain't that mad.
