Happy New Year

First of all let me wish everyone a Happy New Year. Second no new changes for me since my last blog in May. Still haven't lost anymore weight, as a matter of fact I have gained about 8 lbs just over the holidays. I am striving to make 2015 work for me by changing my old habits back to what I should be doing since surgery.
Hope everyone had a great new year and I hope you have many great accomplishments in this new year as we go forward. Look for my updates around March on how my changes are going. Thanks

its been a very long time since I have been on this site. I have been completely frustrated at times. My brother passed away before Christmas (by his own decision, he was 45) My weight stalled pretty much since December with me hanging from 210-214 since. I just don't know what else to try, I have up'd my exercise, reduced my exercise, increased/decreased food intake, everything and the number just don't move. I am getting well over the 10000 steps a day plus more. Someone suggested trying the 5 day pouch test-has anyone tried that yet? I was 1 yr out April 3 and have lost 95lbs. I just want my small goal to reach below 200, once I hit that then I will make a new one. The nutritionist told me to up my calories and eat 6 small meals a day-this has caused me to get back into eating all the time-My theory---not a good choice!! Any info anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Month 1 May 2013- 253 - 25 lbs
Month 2 June- 245 - 8 lbs
Month 3 July- 229 - 16 lbs
Month 4 Aug- 226 - 3 lbs (hit a plateau that I can't seem to break)
Month 5 Sept- 223 - 3 lbs
Month 6 Oct- 219 -4 lbs (YES!! Made my Oct goal to be below 220)
Month 7 Nov- 216 -3 lbs
Month 8 Dec- 214 -2 lbs
Month 9 Jan 2014- 210 -4 lbs
Month 10 Feb- 210
Month 12 March- 210
Month 13 April- 210
Month 14 May- 210

Month 16 July- 210 Will I ever break this STALL!!!
