Nearly 7 month post op - 96 lbs lost!

Hi OH family, its been a long time since i've posted on here, lifes very busy at the moment. We're finally moving to Texas at the end of this month so there are a million stuff to do. My weightloss has slowed down alot but its definitely my fault as i havent had time to go to the gym, everyday has been hectic. My appetite isnt great, i think thats because i'm so busy. I promised myself that i'd make time if its even an hour a day to exercise so tomorrow i'm going to get up at 6 and go for a walk in this freezing weather.

We'll be living in Arlington, i wonder if there are support groups there. Its 1:33am and i'll be up in 4 hours so Good Night OH and i hope all is well with you. By the way, what can i do about my hairloss? Thanks Sharon


 






Highest weight  January 2009 - 405 lbs   ----  Total lost 148 lbs
Pre diet weight  May 2009        -  375 lbs   ----  118 lbs lost from pre diet
Surgery weight  June 2009      -  353 lbs   ----- 96 lbs lost from surgery
Current weight  November 2009 - 257 lbs
