Okay ... the dreaded Measurements ...

Okay, i have really put off doing this, as i'm sure others have.  but i just did my measurements ... and they're as follows:

as of today, the day before surgery, Monday, September 29th, 2008 (and i will add in the measurements, monthly):

now ... this isn't something i'm going to do very often ... but i probably will once a month.  same as the weight thing.  i'm not going to do it very often ... again, the same, probably once a month.  yeah, i say that now eh?  ha, ha, ha!!  i'll know by how the clothes are fitting.  thing is, i'm about to change into another season of clothes so i'll have to see how they fit now ... so i'll know the difference.

(i'm sorry to say but i am now having trouble inserting the huge chart into this little space.  everything is running into each other.  if anyone is interested in seeing the numbers, just message me and i'd be pleased to forward to you.  sorry it can't be viewed here)
