Well, sorry i haven't updated this in ages!

i just happened to go on this website while i was on my treadmill and i see that i haven't updated this in ages!  oopsie, sorry!  so i've updated my weight ... and guessed as to when i got at that point.  as you've guessed, i've stopped tracking it, along with my measurements.  i should measure though, cause i'm still finding all kinds of changes.
