Had surgery

Well I had surgery on 09/30 and  just got home today.  Not much pain at all through the process.  Kaiser has a wonderful staff and they treated me very well.  Now I am following the 2 weeks of liquids and so on.  I gained 8 pounds in the hospital!  I know this is swollen guts and all the fluids by IV.  I am sore, but not much more than when I had my appendix out.  Ready to feel back to myself to get my exercise program restarted.  Thanks everyone for your prayers and good wishes..
