1 week out from surgery

One week out today.  Feel great.  Keeping with my liquid supplements, water, and broth for another week as required.  Get a little hungry at night, but sticking to the plan.  Down 10 pounds since surgery.  I am amazed how easy this has been.  Shhhh, probably should not say that out loud.  Walking about .5 miles hoping to get back to my 3 miles a day soon.   Hope to return to work in another week.  Thanks for all your prayers
