100 Pound CLUB!
Mar 10, 2010I can't believe it, I have hit the 100 pound lost mark! It is sooooo great. I am at a weight I have not been at in 17 years. It is crazy!!!!! So exciting. It has not been easy though. I have to watch every bit of food. Carbs are the devil. Hidden sugars in everything. It really is as they say, protein first, then veggies, then if any room left very little whole grain carbs. I am finding that if I stray from that at all my scale gets stuck. I am walking 3.5 miles 4 days a week and strength training 2 days a week. The weather was great this weekend and GF and I went for a 5 mile walk. It was so great! I am finally at a point where my body craves exercise and I really feel crappy when I skip. My dogs are loving that!
