wow its been over a yr now..missed my own 1 yr anniversary but i got a good excuse i have a broken collar bone n rib..cooped up in house with nothing to do...which makes me mad cos i have lost a 129 lbs...1/2 of me plus a lb. WOW i have gotten my life back n its so great to be able to do anything with out having to stop every 5 min. i recommend IF ur thinking of having RYN go 4 it, it saved my life...tks

good morning my friends...it is my 6 months anniversary and i have lost 92 lbs..i have had so many wow moments and have taken my life back!!! if you are thinking about having this surgery i highly recommend you do, it will CHANGE your life for the better!!!! i can do things i only dreamed of a yr ago and do it with out taking a break every 5 min or huffing and puffing....

well its been 5 months since ive had my surgery and its the best thing to ever happen in my life in years!!! i have lost 81 lbs....

good morning my friends
i have had a GREAT 2 weeks NO pain except lower back..and having trouble with protein shakes so havent gotten my daily intake in yet...havent been hungry at all and so far no head hunger problems.. i am thinking the peanut butter was my problem with shakes so gonna try today with just s/f pudding in it.. i havent lost a lost in lbs but clothes r getting looser a lot and its a good feeling!!! any 1 thinking of having this surgery i greatly recomend it...well im off to work have a GREAT day

wow i cant believe a week has already pasted since i had surgery!!!! and i have felt so good only had pain 1 day and that was from swelling and bruising. ive been bored though. not used to having to stay home!!! hahaha but im gonna work on a baby afhagan im gonna make for new grandbaby coming in feb.
now i never did quit smoking ALL the way be4 surgery but did manage to cut down a lot...but havent had a cig in 7 days not even 1 drag and so far im doing ok!!!! yeah onto a healthier me!!!!
this was a LONG journey and a few times i wondered if it would ever happen and it finally did..still havent heard 1 peep out of my 2 oldest kids,,sighs hurts but life goes on..... well time to sip on some broth and 2 more days till i move to stage 2 YAAAAAAAA hahaha love ya all

good morning my friends...well im almost there 2 more days!!! 
i remember when my 1st Dr appt was 6 months away and i was just having a fit and Jan ...my angel 
told me it will be here be4 u know it and i be darn it was and now surgery date is here....today is last day of slimfast and boost and i am so GLAD,,,shakes are ok but i need more variety lol
im really looking forward to that broth tmrw! can u believe that? never thought id see that ( me looking forward to a bowl of broth ) lol
thurs afternoon we are leaving to go to Sedalia me and my son Levi and Rachael to stay in motel so we dont have to get up at 3 am and drive...figured i needed all the rest i can get ( like im gonna sleep thurs?) hahaha ..we may end up having to take the baby cos my other son and his wife said they MIGHT want to go hunting sat...wth? MOM is having a surgery and u cant watch baby so 1 son can support me???? this is messed up so now im stressing out
i just wish my family was gonna be there for me but oh well i do know my family here will be here and there for me in all ways they can and for that i THANK YOU

morning my friends
well i decided it was time to write some more,
took all my measure ments and stuff for my journal, have 1 week left then i am on losers bench...all last week i was having problems trying to decide if i need to write good bye letters in case some thing went wrong, i would want my husband and kids to know i made right choice..but now i know in my heart IF its my time then im happy to go, either way i have to be a winner...right?
i just wish my dad and 2 other kids supported in me what im doing, they not even coming to hospital
and that hurts!!!!
ive made it thru 1 week of slimfast ONLY now lets see if i can make it thru this next week also with NO cheating. with all these vita's and my antibiotic its kinda hard on stomache with no food but im toughing it out so far...

Ive ran into a plateau cant seem to lose right now but i think alot of is this heat just seems i cant eat all i do is drink and drink, tea diet coke, water...But i promise come monday i will try to get my butt back in gear. Plus today will be my last cig...aghhhhhh gonna NEED HELP here cos i know its gonna be HARD but it has to be done!!!!

went today and weighed and have lost 9 lbs YEAHHHHHHH just what i needed to help me keep going, asked the sec. at dr about a dietican and she said when i go in the 23rd i can talk 2 the dr about it..made sure they was documenting my diet so every thing is looking good..

i got all my stuff dome have a appt Aug29th with Dr H...so excited
but found out now we have to do 6 months supervised so went to Dr june 25th he put me on diet pills YUCK so last week i started my own plan 2 shakes a day and evening meal, snacks is vegs fruit and popcorn so far have lost 6 lbs YEAH
