For the past 4 days, my pinky and ring fingers on my right hand have been numb - chronic.  Many people on the site have said it sounds like carpal tunnel - who would have ever thought losing weight would cause more problems!  said it's something about the shift in body fluids while I'm losing weight...  anyhow, have a follow up appt. with surgeon tomorrow, hopefully last visit with him, since my incision is scabbemd over now; hopefully it stays that way!
Going to see pcp after that for more bloodwork and check out the numbing fingers - maybe it's a vitamin deficiency, who knows!

Went back to work this past Monday, feels good to get on a routine again; will be back to the gym next week; actually enrolling, instead of using the free pass.  It was a big accomplishment for ME to actually walk into that gym; can't wait to walk in and feel confident about being there, instead of so self-conscious. 

Got weighed in again yesterday - only lost 11 pounds (down total of 46 in 4 weeks).  Was a little disappointed but Dr K said I was fine.
My incision has opened up even more now, but he is not concerned.  Said to just keep hands off of it, keep it covered.  Still on pureed foods - but not liking it here.  But am nervous about moving on to soft - so I guess puree is safe.
