Onederland feels Onederful!!

So yesterday was my 4 month surgeriversary. And I started my day the same way I do every morning.. Weigh.  LOL
When  I got on the scale, to my amazement, it said 199.8  I wanted to flip out!!! I wanted to do cartwheels..  This is truly a MIRACLE for me..  I can see the light at the end of my tunnel.... 4 months, 70+ pounds gone. Gone for good. Gone for ever.. Hasta La Vista FAT!!!  I can't tell you the happiness that my heart feels knowing that just a few short months ago I was sooooo out of control and so unhealthy and so MORBIDLY Obese!  And now, I'm IN CONTROL of my body, I'm IN CONTROL of my weight and in addition to this, my BMI is down to 34 from 46.7   I'm still in the Obese Category, but I'm very very close to just being in the overweight category...  My dear dear husband who was so against this in a supportive way If that makes any sense at all. Now is telling me this is the best thing I've ever done. He is so proud of my accomplishments so far, and I can't wait to see what the next 4 months brings.  My goal weight is 140. So I'm hoping I may reach that by summer time..
