My name is Sharon I live in Wolf Point, Montana. Which is literally in the "middle of no where".. Seriously the closest Walmart is 90 miles away and the closest real mall is 300+ miles away. I have been heavy for much of my life. I married young and had two children and then quit smoking that combined with crappy eating habits has managed to keep me 60-100 lbs overwt for the past 15 -20 years. I have lost the same 60 pounds so many times that I hate to even think of how much weight I have lost and regained. I hate exercise and have little time to devote to it anyway, this certainly has not helped my weight issues. I am determined to change not only the way that I look but the way that I look at food. My goals are to:
1. Reverse my high blood pressure, GERD and breathing issues.
2. Be open and honest about my experience with my journey, my surgeon and center in order to help others on this journey
3. To look back one year from now and be changed for the better both emotionally and physically.
4. To buy a full length mirror and not be afraid to look in it when I am naked.
May sound corny but this is the start of a new me to be....
