I received a call from Julie today with my surgery date and my surgery date is April 18, 2007 @ 7:30am. Wow what a bunch of emotions all rolled into one!!
I owe a special thanks to my very good friend Kris. W for guiding me through all of this so far you are so awsome!!! Love ya!!!

Consultation with Dr. Lutryzkowski, wow what a day this was the wheather was horrible we were stuck on the #401 highway for 5/2 hrs coming back and so we had to sleep over in Cambridge and then we had heard that the #400 highway had a 75 car pile up on it, which definately meant we had to stay in Cambridge. We headed back to Barrie on Tuesday March 6/07 only to find out the the #400 highway was still closed off so we were stuck in traffic again for another 41/2 hours, won't forget that trip!!!
Dr. Lutryzkowski has a very assuring manner to him, I really liked him and was very glad I had chosen him as my surgeon!!

Approved!!!! Whooooohoooooooo I received my approval, I had no idea until I visited my Family Doctor and he said he recieved the approval I was shocked!!!!

MOH has contacted my family Doctor for more information. I have Hypothyroidism and PCOS we are thinking they need some more info regarding these to factors ie, when was I diagnosed, who was the diagnosing doctor, what were their findings etc etc etc.......it's all good we have all kinds of info to support my weight issues.

Well it is done today I sent in my application for "Out of Country" approval from MOH. Keeping fingers and toes crossed!!
