"My first encounter with Dr. Sanchez involved him coming up to me, with his arms open wide wanting to give me a big hug. I was totally taken off guard. He was very friendly and I hugged him back. My impression did not change much over time. He was very confident, yet laid back. He was much more personable than most American surgeons I know (I work with them... I know them).
His staff was super nice. Alma is the patient coordinator and she is terrific.
Just remember - if you go to Mexico, brush up on your Spanish. There were not as many English speaking people there as I had expected.
