I went for my nine month check up with Dr. Moazzez on 02/12/2009 and found out that my liver function labs came back real high. He referred me to a specialist as my labs have been normal since before my surgery and all of a sudden they are super high. He asked if I have been taking Tylenol or drinking alcohol, but I have not. He said it could be a liver disease and wants me to see someone ASAP. Also, I only lost 4 pounds in a two month period which is very discouraging to me. I told him that I'm just not eating enough and I do not get hungry. I was researching liver problems and one of the first things I found was that it can be caused by malnutrition. I also found that I have the majority of symptoms for liver disease. I am going to see the specialist on 02/23 and hopefully will find out more then. I just do not feel good and am very depressed. I pray that it isn't anything serious and my health and well being will soon be back to normal. (Normal for me at least) LOL
