a small rant - i have battled my weight since high school..im 52 now, 255 lbs, with arthritic knees and at high risk for diabetes. and a recent diagnosis of RA (in the knees) kinda topped it off ...

got a surgery date - I am new here, but am loving the openness and honesty I see on this site. I am 1 1/2 weeks pre-op and about to start the full liquid diet phase. Wish me luck!
