Pre-Op Diet

Started my Pre-Op Diet yesterday.  Not bad so far.  Drinking tons of water helps.  Kind of remind me of when I did slim fast years ago.  Started walking also.  WOW...am I that out of shape?  Well want to do everything possible in order to really embrace every  moment of this journey.
