"I LOVE Dr. Jenkins and his staff! My first consult was Feb. 1st, 2011. I had to do all of my pre-op testing which included: having blood drawn, having an upper GI x-ray, having an ultrasound of my abdomen, a psych eval, and meeting with the nutritionist. I got approved for surgery on April 8, 2011. My surgery was on May 3, 2011. Everything went great! My pain was well managed, the nurses knew what they were doing, were all very nice, and caring. Dr. Jenkins and Linda stopped by a couple times to make sure I was doing well and that I was up and walking. I was released on Thursday, May 5, and have been feeling wonderful since then. I think that Dr. Jenkins and his office have a great aftercare program. I have my post-op check up on Monday, May 16, and so far, I have nothing negative to report. I don't think I could have picked a better surgeon or staff to do my Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery! "
