1 month post-op today!

Well - I am one month out today, and feeling quite good. The journey is only just starting and yet I see so many changes. I will be taking measurements tonite - as I know I have lost many inches - as well as 41 lbs. My hubby is taking me out to get new motorcylce boots tonite, he says I should buy myself something for all the work I have been doing! We have a big ride this coming weekend, so new boots would be OK! I cannot wait to be able to go buy my chaps and my leather jacket!!!Food is going ok - most days. Breakfast does not go so well, but lunch and dinner usually do. I am struggling to get all my liquids in every day - but keep on working on it. I am making progress on my walks - I pushed myself last night and now I KNOW I can go farther, I have to just kick it up a notch. Looking for a good exercise video now - in addition to my walks.
