Hello everyone , I would first like to thank those that e-mailed me , Thank-you. I have great nows I have lost 30lbs. with the high protien diet and I'm feeling like a new person . I hope every one is doing well on their programs. I was told that if I dropped the 50 It would be easier for my surgery. I wold also like to apologise for my rant I wish I would have delt with my disapointment before I wrote about it . sorry again Kimmy
