iwent really well. I had surgery at 7:30 and was home by 12:30. Very sleepy. When i woke up from anesthesia i was in pain. They gave me some IV dilaudid. Thats worked some but didnt last too long. I was also given one dose of oxycodone and sent home wi

i havent been on here in quite some time. Ive been doing well. I just got approve for the whole abdominal plasty!  Upper and liver stomach including the belly button and the abdominal muscles. So excited!

feels great especially after a 3 month stall. My goal is 125 would love to go down to 120 as my ultimate goal. I can do it!

Can't believe the difference a year makes. I feel so much better!  I would still love to loose another 7-12 pounds but i am happy with how far I've come.  It's coming off much slower now but it's coming off. Check out the comparison picture I posted in
