24 years post op

It's hard to believe it's been 24 years since I had a duodenal switch in Spain with Dr. Aniceto Baldasar. I've been able to maintain around 140-144 for years now and I'm 5'5". I'd rather be at 135 but my body always finds a way to stabilize about 5 pounds more than I want. I rarely have any problems related to the surgery now and the kidney stone issue hasn't been a problem for the last four years. So overall, things are great! Never give up on a skinnier, healthier you! I'm living proof that long term success is possible!
