Skin surgery, blessing and a curse. - I'm ready for skin removal surgery, I'm having a tummy tuck, arm lift, and breast reduction.  Any advice for a good recovery? Anything I need to look out for during recovery?

Skin Removal - How long before you were able to exercise? I'm more nervous about this surgery than the RYN. 

Juicer - I am think about getting a juicer to make low cal, high protein, high fiber drinks. Does anyone else do this? What kind of juicer? Any good recipe ideas?  I need fiber help!

Unifiber - Has anyone tried Unifiber? It claims to not cause gas or bloating, which is perfect for our tiny pouches. I really need some help in the bathroom, if you know what I mean. 

Calories at 8 months? - How many calories were you eating at 8 months?

Not satisfied after meals - I'm 8 months postop and I'm finding that I'm not satisfied after my 4-6 oz protein meal. Any advice? 

30 minute water wait? - Does the 30 minute before and after wait to drink water include protein shakes?
