Well...we are about to kiss another year goodbye! I'm still revelling in the knowledge that I've kissed 175lbs goodbye! I hit 144lbs. this morning...hope I can maintain it. I'm just 14lbs away from MY goal. It is a struggle...any carb will increase the weight so I have to stay away from them.I'm feeling great, looking good and I'm personally happy.....am I happy with everything else in my life??? I'll have to answer that another day.
