1st FILL

I went for my first fill on 12/16 which is basically 4 weeks out.

I felt the needle the whole time, it wasnt bad, just didnt like it. Otherwise the process went really well.

I ended up with my first months weight loss to be 11lbs.

They added 4cc in which is the max they will do on a first fill. Today will be the first day I will eat pretty solid food, so it will be the first test of how restricted i am. So far on the soft proteins and liquids i have had no problems. We shall see with the real food!!!!

I have been to the gym daily on the eliptical now that my back doesnt hurt anymore. That should help me boost my weightloss as well.
