Well, my body is being extremely stubborn.  I don't know what the deal is.. Think I'm going to need to get a trainer this summer. I have GOALS!!!!  Come September if I'm at the same weight or only down 10 to 15 I'm going to be PISSED!!    I continue to exercise daily.. I might take a day off once a week but I'm pretty consistent with it.  I don't do it just for the weight loss though.. if i did I'd probably quit  because it doesn't seem to be working too well!.... I love accomplishing new goals. And mentally..... nothing beats it.  So i will continue but i think i need to switch it up a bit.. I started Aqua Workout a couple of weeks ago.. I absolutely LOVE IT!  Aqua yoga is fun too...

So, it is what it is.. I'm not down.. just soooooooo ready to get things started again... It's just weird though because i really haven't lost my focus.... i must be doing some things that are just not effective..

My surgery a couple months ago could have something to do with it... I did cardio again maybe 3 weeks out but it was light cardio.. I did heavy cardio probably at 5 weeks out... and I just started the strength training again at 8 weeks out.. My body could just be out of whack....

Something needs to Whack it Back!!!!
