"Dr. Heap is a Great doctor. When I first walked into the room I could just tell that I liked him. After he did my mom's surgery in 2003, I didn't want to go to anyone else! When I went in for my consultation He explained to me that due to my weight I am going to have to have more. He also thought that it would be a good idea that I lose some weight before my surgery only because it would be easier on him and less of a risk due to the anaethisia (sp?) He is very blunt and tells it just like it is. and Carole is wonderful as well! Very friendly and very welcoming!"
