I'm Jennifer, but please, call me Jen. I've lived in Florida most of my life in St. Petersburg. I'm blessed with some very dear friends who have been friends with me since Middle School and High School. Ok, so I never pen anything here so I figured I'd start now! I'm 35, as of 3/29 and I can tell you, when I started I had perfect labs, and my only issue was my weight... now, I know with this change I've made, I will keep that good health and be here when my Kids are raising their children, please be here with me!
Music~ I'm a diehard Meatloaf fan... a lil young to remember the great start of his career but in Six years I've seen each of his concerts he's graced Clearwater with and I will not miss one till he's done! An awesome performer!
On 4/21/2009 it is now 70 weeks since I had surgery and I've lost over 100lbs!!!! WOW, can't believe the difference just a bit of time makes. When I get discouraged about "slow" loss I put it in perspective by turning months/years in to weeks and as long as I've held the between 1-2 lbs a week, I have to be happy. Certainly with our friend, the bandit, that can me weeks of half pound weight loss and months of two pounds a week... Either way I'm satisfied with my progress. Enough that I was able to place a call to my Surgeon for his opinion if recent stress has my band too tight, sure enough, he wants me there in the am for an unfill, OMG, I'm nervous, It was one thing when it was up to me, now it's up to my band... than again, it actually has been for this ride... either way, I have faith....
