Heather I read your blog and you said that you were thirsty all the time and are concerned that your not getting enough protein. I found this great product at GNC its like a sports drink and a Sobe. Its called Isopure and they have flavors of blue raspberry and fruit punch. They taste just like cool-aid but they have 40 grams of protein in them!!! And no carbs!!! They are about 3.99 a bottle but you can open and close them keep them in your car without having to worry about them spoiling. They really are great. Hope this helps!!!
