Stephen Malley

"First impression: a very quiet, shy young man who probably listens to heavy metal under headphones... but really he is a very gentle guy and understood my fears.rnThe office staff is very nice, but can be distant if they are busy. Who isn't?rnrnAfter care is stressed as perhaps the most important part of the program. Post surgery stuff includes monthly office visits, fills as needed, and patient support groups.rnSurgery risks and proceedures discussed in seminar and again in the private consult.rnrnExcellent surgeon, and his bedside manner is gentle. Very laid back; almost too laid back. . But, he takes time to answer my questions and looked me in the eye, and never makes me feel like a freak.rnrnHe does my fills himself, always. A nurse is present in the room, but i've never had a nurse give me a fill, like they do it in some clinics. He has not done a fill with me under fluro, and he has done so many over the years that I don't think he needs to.rnrnHe is not one to volunteer information, but is open about answering any questions I have. This just means that to get good info, you need to know what questions to ask... which I would hope that anyone considering surgery would do anyway."
