My how things have changed.

Im at 142. Im trying not to lose more, and its still melting away.
I never wanted to be super skinny. I can be in the low 120's and still be healthy. But for me, I wanna stay in the 140's or high 130's. So Im trying to eat more. Its more of a struggle to maintain weight than it has been to lose it. I forget to eat, because Im just not hungry. So, I have been putting much more effort in. Because I know, Im still gonna lose, and hopefully, I can at least slow it down. I lost all my weight in 6 months. And tho, I take my vitamins..99 percent of the time.. There are some days, that I just forget! I put a reminder in my phone, and that has helped.. I just dont wanna be skin and bones. That isnt healthy to me. Im also 5 7.. So Im a lil tall :)
My body was just ready to be thin. It embraced losing the weight. Now, Im working on toning up, and that burns calories too..so gotta get those healthy foods in!

Wanna eat more, but eat good stuff! I know eventually I will be able to eat more, and I want to keep my good habits. Im perfectly happy eating my SF stuff. When I do have a craving, they definetly satisfy me. Now, that I got all the real sugar out of my system, I really dont get too many cravings anyway!
